পলিটেকনিক ভর্তি বাতিল প্রক্রিয়া/ Polytechnic admission cancellation process
পলিটেকনিক ভর্তি বাতিল – ডিপ্লোমা ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং-এ ভর্তির পর অনেকেই পরবর্তিতে অন্য ডিপার্টমেন্টে সুযোগ পেয়ে ভর্তি বা অন্য কোন প্রতিষ্ঠানে ভর্তি হয়ে যান এক বছর লস দিয়ে। তবে অন্য ডিপার্টমেন্টে, প্রতিষ্ঠানে ভর্তি হওয়ার ক্ষেত্রে রেজিস্ট্রেশন করার সময় প্রয়োজন পরে আগের ভর্তিটি বাতিলের। যেহেতু শিক্ষার্থীটি পূর্বের শিক্ষাবর্ষে রেজিস্ট্রেশন করেছিল তাই আগের রেজিস্ট্রেশন বাতিল করে তাকে নতুন রেজিস্ট্রেশন করতে হবে, নয়তো নতুন প্রতিষ্ঠানে রেজিস্ট্রেশন করা যাবে না। (কারিগরি শিক্ষাবোর্ডের অধীনে সকল প্রতিষ্ঠানের ক্ষেত্রেই অবশ্যই রেজিস্ট্রেশন বাতিল করে তাকে নতুন প্রতিষ্ঠানে রেজিস্ট্রেশন করতে হবে।)
এছাড়াও পারিবারিক, অর্থনৈতিক বা অন্য কোন কারনেও
অনেক সময় ভর্তি বা রেজিস্ট্রেশনটি বাতিল করার প্র্রয়োজন হয়।

এই ভর্তি বাতিলের প্রক্রিয়াটি খুব সহজ হলেও অনেকেই বিস্তারিত জানে না। আসুন জেনে নিই কিভাবে পলিটেকনিক ভর্তি বাতিল করতে হয়।
· প্রথমেই আপনি যে প্রতিষ্ঠানে অধ্যয়নরত আছেন সেখানকার অধ্যক্ষ বরাবর একটি দরখাস্ত দিতে হবে। যার বিষয় হবে – ভর্তি বাতিল এবং এসএসসি পরীক্ষার মার্কশীট উত্তোলন প্রসঙ্গে। ডিপার্টমের্ন্টে প্রধান এর মাধ্যমে এটি পৌঁছাবে। এই দরখাস্ত সংক্রান্ত বিভিন্ন ধরনের সাহায্য আপনি টিচার অথবা রেজিষ্টার শাখার কাছ থেকে পেয়ে যাবেন।
· এই দরখাস্তের সাথে আপনাকে আরও দিতে হবে রেজিষ্ট্রেশন কার্ডের ফটোকপি, আইডি কার্ডের ফটোকপি এবং গত সেমিস্টারগুলোর এডমিট কার্ডের ফটোকপি। আপনার আবেদন অনুমোদিত হলে এসএসসি পরীক্ষার মার্কশীট এবং আবেদন পত্রটি সত্যায়িত অবস্থায় পেয়ে যাবেন। (তবে অনেক প্রতিষ্ঠান এসএসসি পরীক্ষার মার্কশীট ভর্তি বাতিলের কাগজ দেখে তারপর দিয়ে থাকে।)

· এরপর আপনাকে যেতে হবে বাংলাদেশ কারিগরি শিক্ষা বোর্ডের অফিসে (আাঁগারগাও, শেরে বাংলা নগর, ঢাকা)। সেখান থেকে ভর্তি বাতিলের নির্ধারিত ফর্ম সংগ্রহ করে পুরন করে সেটি জমা দিলে আপনাকে সেখান থেকে একটি তারিখ জানিয়ে দেয়া হবে। নির্ধারিত ডেটে গেলে ভর্তি বাতিল নিশ্চায়নের কপিটি আপনাকে দিয়ে দিবে এবং আপনার ভর্তি বাতিল হয়ে যাবে। (অনেক সময় একদিনেই ভর্তি বাতিলের কাজ সম্পন্ন হয়। ৫০০ টাকা ব্যাংক ড্রাফট করতে হয়। সোসাল ইসলামি ব্যাংক ও সোনালী ব্যাংক বোর্ডের সামনেই অবস্থিত)

Although the process of admission cancellation is straightforward, many are unaware of the details. Let's find out how to cancel polytechnic admission:
First, you need to submit an application to the head of the institution where you are currently studying. The application should pertain to admission cancellation and the release of the SSC exam mark sheet. This application will be delivered through the department head. You can obtain various types of assistance regarding this application from your teacher or the Registrar's Office.
Along with this application, you will need to provide a photocopy of your registration card, a photocopy of your ID card, and photocopies of admit cards for the previous semesters. Once your application is approved, you will receive your SSC exam mark sheet and the application letter in a verified condition. (However, many institutions keep the SSC exam mark sheet as evidence of admission cancellation.)
Then, you must visit the office of the Bangladesh Technical Education Board (located in Agargaon, Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka). There, you will collect the prescribed form for admission cancellation and fill it out. After submitting it, they will provide you with a specific date for confirmation. When the designated date arrives, they will give you a copy of the admission cancellation confirmation, and your admission will be canceled. (Sometimes, the admission cancellation process is completed within a day. A bank draft of 500 taka is required, which can be obtained in front of Sonali Bank and Social Islami Bank located in front of the Board.)
